 Refund Policy

All products are covered by a 12 month warranty. During this period you may seek a refund in the event the product:

- is or becomes faulty through no fault of your own;
- does not match our description or sample; or
- has defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention.

However, the product(s) must be returned within the 12 month period, and you may be asked for proof of purchase. 
You may also be asked to demonstrate that the problem with the goods was not your fault.

If you prefer an alternative to a refund, you can request for the product(s) to be exchanged for an alternative product of equal value of the original purchase price of the returned product.

Please choose carefully as you are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind, as we meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act

Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

Unless absolutely necessary to complete the service you have requested, Shuzi New Zealand Ltd will not disclose any of your personal information to any third party, unless required to by law. An examples of where your information may be disclosed is to the postal or courier service required to deliver your purchases. 

Shuzi New Zealand Ltd will never sell or receive payment for disclosure or licensing of your personal information.
